If you are not 100% satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, we will exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item. Addicted allows one exchange per order. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost but Addicted will pay for shipping the exchanged item(s) back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the items(s) you are exchanging. Your return must be in original condition (not washed, not worn, not dirty, tags attached, undamaged) and must be received by Addicted within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30-day period.
Once your return is received and inspected by Addicted's Return Department (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that depending on your credit company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
